It has been very interesting (to say the very least) to see Mr. John McCain's devisive "i'll say/try anything now" tactics ever since the fat lady can be heard doing vocal warm exercises from the green room. Wow.. what happened to the noble war hero? What happened to honor? What da hell happened to John McCain. The man who says,"country first"??  It looks to me like the motivation behind every step of his campaign was "campaign first".

Ive been down for a few days - nasty lil cold caught me. Thanks so much everyone for the get well wishes :) Demonte flew into LA yesterday, we are gonna post up at da crib and write for a few days...a lil bit for myself and a lil bit for a few other artists

I'll also ask that every one say a prayer and send your love to Jennifer Hudson and family. They need all the love we can send. And continue to cherrish every moment you have with your loved ones.

Thirty two years ago today(give or take 10 years),on a cold and rainy October morning in Milwaukee Wisconsin, Joyce Jordan, the beautiful young bride of police officer Lawrence T. Jordan... gave birth to Eric Benet Jordan. Knowing my Mother she probably sang her way through the worst of the labor pains.

WHO LOST THE DEBATE?? "THAT ONE" (the old one)

Ok.. had another amazing show last night in Alexandria VA. It was one of two sold out shows here (got show#2 2nite)

Did a sold out show @ the House of Blues last night..the show was off the Shmacka Lacka !! Feels so good to see the audience feelin my music like that. This is truly THE BEST JOB!

Today I am off to Detroit....got a show at City Theatre tomorrow night
