Since this is the last comment I plan to make on your website, I wanted to speak from the heart. You are the atomic bomb with your soulful sound. I do not think you get the recognition you deserve for your wonderful work. You deserve to be one of the main attractions in the 2009 Essence Festival in New Orleans and somehow they need to make it happen. You have a large female fan base and the Essence Festival is dominated by women. Manuela got it right when she said you are real and just a regular guy, you have a style of your own and should not change it for anyone. Finally, one thing I noticed when I listen to your music I can tell exactly who your singing about past and present. Try something different and think outside the box for a minute. Try reaching out to some of your friends or have a contest were some of your fans base write in and give you a couple of lyrics, speaking from the heart. Then review those lyrics and try to compose a beautiful song. Who knows those lyrics might just win you a Grammy Award or put you over the top. This is just a suggestion because I have a large music collection and I can not tell who Alicia Keys, Kanye West or KEM is sing about and they sell millions of records. You are so humble and talented therefore I want to see you sell millions of record. You are the only one in the music business right now that has the kyte video and we have enjoyed it so much. Eric. just wanted to say I loved the show last night. My birthday was yesterday and going to show show was a gift - WOW. I wished I could have stayed for both sets last night. You are a very very popular person. Rightfully so :) I am a fan - from back in the day when you perform barefoot :) - LOVE LOVE your new CD. I wish upi continued success and happiness my brotha.
